I am delighted to see that the Health Information and Quality Authority – Hiqa – has praised the standard of care in of the Abbey Haven Care Centre and Nursing Home in Boyle, which caters for 62 residents.
Residents said they were very happy living in the centre and that they enjoyed the comfort of their spacious rooms and surroundings.
A total of 25 of the 26 areas analysed were found to be compliant. This is very positive news for both the residents and the region.
